INFORMATION REGARDING PERSONAL DATA

Having regard to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR Regulation", I hereby inform you that:

1. The controller of your personal data (in the case of natural persons) and the personal data of your partners who are natural persons and employees, associates and representatives (in the case of commercial law companies and other legal persons) is ANRO Firma Poligraficzno-Handlowa sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Zawiercie, ul. Siewierska 196c, 42-400 Zawiercie (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller").
2. The personal data of the above-mentioned persons are processed to the extent necessary to perform the agreement between you and the Data Controller within the scope of the business activity conducted by the Data Controller (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") and to contact you for the purposes of cooperation in connection with the Agreement, including in particular such operations as: collecting, recording, developing, storing, downloading, viewing, using, combining, limiting, disclosing, deleting, destroying.
3. The legal basis for data processing is the execution of the Agreement and the fulfillment of legal obligations specified in applicable law.
4. The data controller stores the above-mentioned personal data for the period of performance of the concluded Agreement in connection with which they are processed, and after its termination for the period required by applicable law, as well as the limitation period for claims.
5. The Data Controller may transfer the personal data of the above-mentioned persons to public administration bodies, courts and other entities, if such an obligation results from applicable law, to legal representatives, court experts and other participants in court proceedings conducted in connection with the performance of the Agreement, as well as entities involved
   in the implementation of the services under the Agreement.
6. Every natural person whose personal data is processed by the Data Controller has the right to request from the Data Controller access to their personal data, their rectification (if they are incorrect) or their deletion if the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
7. In all cases specified in applicable regulations, the natural person whose personal data is being processed may:
   a) object to the processing of their personal data for reasons related to their particular situation, by terminating the contract with the Data Controller (taking into account the time indicated in point 4 above), except for legitimate reasons or for the purpose of establishing, pursuing or defending claims,
   b) request the restriction of the processing of personal data (in such a case, the data will be stored solely for the purpose of establishing, pursuing or defending claims),
   c) exercise their right to data portability.
8. In each case where the natural person referred to above considers that the processing of his or her personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR Regulation, he or she may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of his or her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement (in Poland, the competent authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
9. In all cases required for the performance of the Agreement and compliance with applicable law, when you provide the Data Controller with personal data of your relatives, employees or collaborators, you are obliged to ensure that these persons have been duly informed and have given the appropriate consent, if required by law, and that the Data Controller has no additional obligation regarding your relatives, employees or collaborators.
