Signs and information plates in BRAILLE and ELEVATED PRINT

Information plates / other plates with Braille and elevated print facilitate the everyday functioning in public spaces for visually impaired people. Among other things, they are used to mark rooms and important landmarks, enabling visually impaired people to access information more easily and locate the room they are looking for in a particular building more quickly.

These signs can be made from 1mm thick PVC board, 3mm thick aluminium composite board (Dibond) and engraved laminate.
The meaning and information content contained on the plate is described in Braille.

In addition, the individual elements of the sign graphics can be made in ELEVATED PRINT (pictogram, number of the room, floor number)
depending on your needs. The signs can be produced in any size, also with the option to round off the corners.

The use of high colour contrast in these types of signs is a key element in creating a space that is friendly and accessible to both visually impaired and sighted people. This improves the visibility and legibility of signage, thereby increasing safety and comfort.

Braille evacuation signs are special signs that serve the needs of blind and partially sighted people to help them to safely exit buildings in emergency situations.

These signs combine standard pictograms of evacuation signs with an additional description of the meaning of that sign in Braille. The meaning of such a sign is described in Braille on an additional field below the pictogram of the evacuation sign.
